CPD Activity
3 hours per day
16:00 to 19:20hrs
15mins talks, 5mins for questions
All talks delivered by delegates
Relaxed environment - no ties, no blazers, sometimes no shoes
20mins break with refreshments
Three group rides per day
Riders selected their group according to planned distance and pace
Each group was 6-8 riders
Each ride included a coffee or lunch stop
Destinations included:

Banyolles
L'Escala
Els Angels
Green
Led by Nicole Millar
Shorter distances and a more relaxed pace
Blue
Led by Guillem Chipchase
Same distances and stops as the red group, but at comfortable pace
Red
Led by Xevi Hereu
Longer distances, faster up the hills (and over the flat).
Organised Evening Meals
On Tuesday evening there was a welcoming meal for delegates at the Hotel Carlemany.
Each night after the CPD activity, we walked through Girona to a restaurant for a group meal.
