Cancellation Policy
Delegate cancellations must be made via email to: GAS2027@proton.me
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the symposium will receive a full refund of fees paid.
Cancellations made between 30 and 10 days before the symposium will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
Cancellations made with less than 10 days until the symposium will forfeit the fees paid.
The event organisers reserve the right to apply the above rules and determine the time periods as necessary or required.
