Logistics
- Travel to Girona is the responsibility of the delegate, there are direct flights to Girona, or Barcelona (99km south-west of Girona), provided by Ryanair, BA and Jet2
- Organisation of the conference is a joint venture of Bruce Rodda of Silver Fern Health Ltd and Nicole Millar at Girona Bespoke
- Airport tansfers can be arranged, at an additional cost, please indicate this on your booking form.
- Hotel bookings are the responsibility of the delegate, the educational activity will be at the Hotel Carlemany (4*) in the centre of Girona.
- Evening meals will be arranged locally. Due to local constraints we will use more than one restaurant per night (very few restaurants in Girona can accomodate a group of 20+!).
- Group rides will be organised by Nicole Millar, who lives locally and has a team of knowledgeable and experienced guides to take out small groups (6-8) for rides of varying lengths and average speeds on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
- Group rides will include a coffee stop and/or lunch stop before being back in Girona in time for the educational programme
- Gravel routes may be offered if there is sufficient demand.
- The "non-riding" delegate fee is for those not wishing to ride whilst in Girona.
- Delegates are welcome to extend their stay after the educational activity ends.
- For those not wishing to travel with their bike, hire bikes are available from Eat Sleep Cycle, Rocacorba Atelier and Trek Bicycle Girona
